In the past 20 years Israel has developed a reputation for being very toug
on those that oppose them and not using any appeasment at all. Has that strategy made them any safer do you think. Do you think they believe like Republicans that they would "rather be feared than loved" and will that policy keep them safe and secure? Will that policy keep America safe? Do you believe America would rather be feared than loved as well?

1. The foreign policy of swaggering adolescent bullies.
They are always so amazed to discover that there are some who aren't cowed.

2. Both countries, the U.S. & Israel.....
must like being labeled as intolerant of anything or anybody else. I do think some people think being feared keeps us safer.....which always makes me think: Safer from whom? There is no country or terrorist group in the entire world with the ability to destroy as the U.S. can.

3. Maybe because when you love your enemies, they don't have to love you
back?

4. Israel has zero chance of being loved by any of its neighbors.
So the choice is: would Israel rather be feared or be exterminated.

6. Why is that? Why is Israel hated so and do you wish the same for the USA?

5. Well, let me see, if my choices are..............
....".....Israel has developed a reputation for being very tough on those that oppose them and not using any appeasement at all."

"Do you think they believe like Republicans that they would "rather be feared than loved" and will that policy keep them safe and secure?"

In a word NO, it hasn't made Israel any safer but then NOTHING Israel may do or give up will ever be quite enough for some until....

Iran leader: Israel should be wiped out

Based on that attitude, which more than just a few agree with, if it were me, I'd say I'd rather be feared. To heck with making friends with an admitted enemy.
