CNN: Anyone else watching Nick Robertson interview this Lebanese guy?

OMG. The Lebanese guy is giving him a tour of the destruction and, although almost hysterical with pain from the attacks, is doing an excellent job showing and explaining what the Israelis are doing and have done in the past to Lebanon.

The segment just ended with Nick Robertson fleeing with the man as they get word that more Israli jets are coming in to bomb.

Unreal.

1. Yes, heart wrenching. Where the hell is the international community?

What good are they? I am so ashamed of America. No evidence of any military installations hit, all civilian. WTF! I am trembling.

3. Framing the debate around two damn SOLDIERS doesn't do it for me.

After you see this report (which will probably not be permitted to be shown again)how can you not feel the basest of all feelings against what Israel is doing to these people?

5. I know how you feel. I HIGHLY recommend getting out into the...

...streets, striking up conversations, calling your senator or representative, writing a letter to the editor of your local paper even (and I only recommend this on private property, with permission, of course) printing out a packet of stickers (most copy shops will do this for you) and placing them all over the goddamned town, bus stops, etc.

  Doing one thing in real life to bring this to the attention of my citizens bleeds off more steam than 50 messages I post about it. And it gets the message out there...raises the consciousness.

7. Here's the part that got me the most..

...no evidence of any military or Hezbollah installations hit in this area just civilian quarters. "What are we to do? Israel has the weapons we have no F-16s, no bombs, no ships all we have are these missiles...." Just really sad. Calles Israel cowards for not fighting them face to face (i guess he meant without all the fire power they rely on). Talked about the many, many prisoners held by Israel and the destruction of his country by Israel since the 1980s. I hope it is shown again.
