Now TOLES, THERE is someone with some Credibility, always on the mark, nothing shoddy about his work.. one of the best, him and Danzinger will strip the meat right off the Bones of any subject..

one minute it's a dead horse, but not when Leopold believers want to talk about it.. until Leopold doubters make their statements, THEN it's a dead horse AGAIN :)

Why would I believe Luskin? I would assess the situation, as while Lawyers can BEND the truth or leave parts of it missing, they are required to follow the law.. I don't believe Luskin anymore than I believe Leopold.. tho I think Luskin is WAAAY better at his job than Leopold is..

But the fact that Fitz has made no statement (as he does not comment at ALL, unless he calls a news conference) is NOT proof that Luskin did NOT receive "the letter"..

Nothing but innuendoes from Leopold, half assed and irrational. Since he's indicted Rove TWICE now and been wrong, then why am I to believe ANYTHING he writes? What part is WRONG, which is correct.. is the glass half empty or full (of bullshit)?

But I've decided not to bother with him anymore, his last outburst was so bizarre, and then I realized that he's on some kind of medication, so I felt sorry for him, and it made me realise what most of his blather was all about..

No point in demanding reality from someone who can't help themselves.. so I'm all done with him, glorify all you want, tho I will still say that he in my opinion was INCORRECT on both Indictments..

Luskin has never released the letter he received from Patrick Fitzgerald, which tells me that there were items in the letter he did not want the public to see.

No more, no less.

It's possible that Fitzgerald...went farther then just PLAMEGATE.
