According to Wolfe on CNN ...39 Percent of Lebanese are Christians!
So...where are our US Christians in supporting the denouncement of Lebanese Civilians bombed by Isreal.

Has this obsession with the Rapture and Armageddon caused Christians to abandon there fellow believers all over the world?

What about the Christians in Iraq that were free to worship under Saddam? Shouldn't the Christian Community be up in arms about this?

3. The Pope
said something about Israel stopping it's shit.
But the rest of the 'values' oriented Christians are waiting anxiously
for the house decision on bashing gay marriage!
First things first you know!!

11. Besides, They're Not Borned Agains
Besides, the Lebanese Christians aren't what most right-wing religious types would call "real" Christians. Despite the fact that Lebanese Christians are descended from people who were Christians back when most "Amurrican" Christians' ancestors were still smearing themselves with bear grease and worshiping Odin, to many Talibornagains, the Lebanese Christians don't count because they're liturgical Christians, not "saved" "born-again" Protestants.

8. wolf is right....
The population of Lebanon is composed of three predominant ethnic groups and religions: Muslims (Shi'ites, Sunnis, Alawites), Druze, and Christians (mostly Maronite Catholics, Melkite Greek Catholics, Armenian Catholics, some Syrian, Chaldean and Latin Rite Catholics, Arabic-speaking Greek Orthodox, Armenian Apostolic, Syrian Orthodox, and a few Assyrians, Copts and Protestants). No official census has been taken since 1932, reflecting the political sensitivity in Lebanon over confessional (religious) balance. It is estimated that about 60% of the resident population are Muslims; the rest are Christians.

12. In the minds of the fundie Christians
These are Orthodox and Maronite Christians whose faith is even older than the Roman Catholic Church, therefore they don't count, in the mind of Rev. John Hagee or Jerry Falwell or Pat Robertson.
