Tony Snow: "There was no U.N. Resolution for a cease fire to veto"

That was his response to Helen Thomas when she asked him why the U.S. vetoed a cease fire resolution from the U.N.

What's worse, is Snow tried to make it look like Helen was confused by Bush's use of the words "to stop this shit" as a call for a cease fire.

Now I feel silly :( I looked up "hector" and it is actually a word meaning "To intimidate or dominate in a blustering way." Poor Tony was being "intimidated in a blustering way" by Helen Thomas.
