Boy , what a mistake
I have been so tense and dealing with inner body deep soul depression i thought I would chill out and have a few glasses of wine , I quite drinking years ago and then there was this bit of a roach . Not long after I went into a downward spiral of even worse aloneness and fear . my wife was here but asleep and I did not want to wake her into this new reality of horror , sleep is about the only way out sometimes . Then i found that half valium sitting in a bottle and just came back . Still depressing but now Malloy is on , this is what I look forward to to stay sane now days .

1. Oh man, I hate it when that happens.
Sometimes it's best not to "self-medicate" when one is feeling REALLY down.

Hope you feel better soon. I'm there with you.

3. Drinking isn't good when you're depressed.
Too late for that advice, but think about it next time.

Meanwhile, I don't know where this saying came from, but:

This, too, shall pass.

4. Hard to get your arms around reality.
Sometimes you need a break from "the news". When I take a break I go to DubyaSpeak.com and  . Wish I could give you the link, but I`m new to the net. Hang in there, bud. Take a deep breath and know that you are not alone.

9. It's okay. It wasn't a whole roach.
Just a bit of a "roach." ;-)

6. Hey, man, you wanna talk about guitars?
Don't put all your eggs in a DU/AAR basket.

Too much risk of projected (living/hanging on vicariously) failure.

Turn on some blues and (psychically) cruise.
That's what I do when I am rattling around the bottom of the barrel.

But then again, I drink. A lot.

But I can talk blooz guitar.

10. I got the blues guitar riff going
You know I built four of my own strats from scratch just so I could afford some of good quality . I had three acoustics , I sold one last week and another today , my little art and lutherie AMI parlor but I really needed the money for next months rent , I am holding onto my seagul Grand parlor guitar , I really only need one .

I have to say playing does help but it becomes more difficult to get into it lately . I need to get away form the older tunes that remind me of better times . The last thing I saw that helped was last years G8 response concert featuring Pink floyd and The Who . Man Pink Floyd has not lost the magic , damn they were a great group even though i'm more into the blues there are some groups I'll aways love to hear . I have three tube amps left . two are on ebay but I can live with the one I built it does the job .

The fellow who came by today to pick up the A&L was moving back to memphis where his family is . I talk politics to everyne I feel are possibly open to it , he was on our side knew all about AAR and BBC along with the other outlets .

I have to listen to the Malloy show , he is the one guy that vents my way .
