We had Theodore Olson leaving his position as Soicitor General about the time this administration was coming up with this Declaration of War crap vs the Authorization to use Military Force crap. Did he get out on purpose believing he could make plenty of money representing this administration from a private law firm?

We were taken to the cliff and shoved over. And no one knows how it hurts more than our kids who are suffering and are going to be suffering for decades and all their families? And those poor Iraqis? What have we done?

2. Yes, same Theodore (Ted) Olson. The same Ted Olson active in

assassinatng the character of Clinton in a legal manner and an high level activist in the 2000 vote count maneuvers. Rewarded with a position as Solicitor General - probably wanted a higher one.

Question is - did Ashcroft and Olson look at the legal justifications fabricated by the PNAC WH and get out? Did they fight against the dictatorship of the WAR PRESIDENT - CHENEY? With Bush as cowboy front person?
