piad $$$PLENTY$$$ for that plane-ride out of the states. That's probably where the Bushies got the brilliant idea of raising $$$$ from people in immediate distress and desperate to get out of a place.
Now, the members of the Saudi Royal Family... that's a different story. My guess is they didn't have to pay diddly-squat for their fighter-jet-escorted flight out of US airspace on 9/11. They're "family". :sarcasm:
