Mind boggling re-framing: "It is now clear that Syria is responsible for
the escalating violence in Lebanon." Ok,I get it, Syria is just USING Israel to carry out its evil plan.

4. But but...
They are not the ones that have killed well over 200 innocent civillians including foreign nationals in another country...you keep missing that part about how the 6.5 billion people on the planet are not 'props' for Israeli security.

6. Yes they do
They do support Hezbollah, as far as the murder of Hariri is concerned, the Syrians had nothing to gain by creating a martyr. That's not saying that they couldn't have done it, just that other players in the game had something to gain.

5. But what about Iraq?
Edited on Wed Jul-19-06 11:08 AM by earthside
I thought I was told by OUR 'Dear Leader' over three years ago that Iraq was the reason why there was so much violence and strife in the Middle East.

And ... that if we took down Saddam Hussein there would be a renaissance of freedom and democracy all flowing from a liberated Iraq.

So, what does Syria and Iran have to do with this new war?

Please, 'Dear Leader' explain why Iraq just doesn't matter anymore?

:sarcasm:

God.

8. (grin) Interesting how their lies have so little cover, huh?
That's really the problem we have ... a 'body politic' that rreally doesn't need or want GOOD lies, just something they can hurl back. That's why it's gonna get a LOT worse in this country before it gets better. It's not who's in charge in DC. It's the fascists in this country - people who really regard "discussion" (and democracy) as a nuisance, getting in the way of their jackboots. They've got their minds made up and just don't give a fuck about the facts - it's "faith-based" fascism. Onward xtian soldiers.
