Moral line?
Bush said he's worried about crossing the moral line, WTH? He already crossed that when he lied about the war and sent over 2000 soldiers to their deaths. When it comes to morals and ethics, Bush talking about them, is like a drug dealer heading a "Just Say No" campaign.

1. Morals?
What are the morals of a draft dodging, low brow, capitalist pig, lying Christian?

2. Why are "living growing human embryos"
more sacred than the living growing, conscious, thinking, FULLY DEVELOPED human beings who are being slaughtered by the hundreds of thousands in BushCo's evil wars? Mothers and fathers and children and BABIES--just trying to live their lives....

Gods, how long must this insanity go on? The world can't take much more.

3. That a potential life is more important than actual life,
is such an illogical view, isn't it? :eyes:

6. Thanks CrispyQGirl!
I'm happy to be here! It's great to find a community of intelligent caring people to commiserate with on a daily basis.

The Bush Fiasco just gets more and more bizarre, scary, and embarrassing. What a buffoonish jerk! I'll bet Chancellor Merkel is furious with him. I can't stand arrogant people, but STUPID arrogant people are insufferable. The man, his masters, and his minions are dangerously unstable and I'm worried for the future of my grandchildren.

I also can't abide willful ignorance, the unwillingness to accept even irrefutable facts if they don't fit the official story. This is how the 23 percent who help prop up this evil, criminal regime keep doing it. They refuse to learn the truth because that might require them to think. And I don't know, maybe thinking hurts for some people. :)

4. Yeah, I'm having trouble figuring out the veto. Seems like he's just
pandering to the base again, but I'd have thought bio-tech/big pharma would have trumped that in the case of stem cell research, especially given that he's not up for re-election again.

5. Doesn't one need a conscience
in order to be moral or is he talking about social mores?
