It's ok for AIPAC and other Jewish groups to collect money (including the likes of criminal thugs like Abramhoff) to send to Israel for the IDF to use in its terrorism but it's not ok for Lebanese or Aother Arab groups to collect money to support their fighting group back home? Every Arab charity organization must be linked to a terror organization by US standards and everything connected to Israel is only for good.

They get it from the Congress of the United States, through the Appropriations process.

AIPAC does not spend a thin DIME on IDF weaponry.
