Our president has no critical thinking ability
So, if we have a choice between throwing embryos in the trash, or using them to possibly help paralyzed people walk again, George W. Bush thinks the former is the more moral thing to do. His veto goes against any and all critical thinking! This has angered me more than some of his other decisions for some reason. He is in bed with the religious right, and he has chosen loyalty to that small extreme group over critical thinking and helping people.

2 attempted Amendments that would take rights away from Americans

Countless deaths and dismemberments from a war that turned out not to be necessary

Now, he would rather throw embryos in the trash than use them to help paralysis victims

He needs to go down, those that support him need to go down, and the religious right needs to go down. My no. 1 political goal right now is the total destruction of the religious right. They went too far this time.

3. Good point
But it keeps getting worse. We opposed the religious right before, now it's time to destroy their movement completely.

13. I think at some point it will crumble under its own weight.
Sadly it will take a lot of others down with it.

So much distortion and outright lying by these good christian folk.

You are right they must be destroyed and stuffed back into the hell hole they came out of....

12. But their "values package"
is taking center stage in congress! Now it's an attempt to stop the courts from trying to take the words "under God" out of the Pledge of Allegiance!!! And the all important flag burning constitutional amendment (why add more amendments when chucklenuts won't uphold the ones already there!)...and the "Marriage Protection Act"!

When will the idiocy end! Is this what we're paying our legislators to do??

At what point do we all stand up and say "ENOUGH"?

4. He is completely intellectually uncurious...
Edited on Wed Jul-19-06 10:19 PM by marmar
He has no interest in discovering something that might challenge his long-held beliefs. He always talks about how he can look into someone's eyes and see their soul. I can look into his and see a completely vacant individual - a completely inflexible, mediocre creature.

9. Look
given the conversation he had with the various Country heads...it is obvious he still doesn't have a concept that the earth is a round ball. For him not to realize that people flying to their various countries taking the same time as his flight...simply passed him by. I can't stand him.
