I'm not sure I like the word "reject" so much because it sounds a lot like what the RWers say about us: that all we are is anti-Bush, anti-GOP, we're not "for" anything, just anti-this and that.
Even though "fear" isn't equivalent to Bush, GOP, etc., the phrasing is sort of immediately reminiscent of that kind of thinking, it seems. Plus, the word could be read as "RE-ject" like "you're a reject" and you don't want that so closely associated with the word "Democratic" in your message.
Does that make any sense at all? :)

Then keep the "Vote Democratic" line as the second line, move the donkey to the right of the sticker, sized large to cover the width of both lines. Face the donkey as it is now, which will be toward the center of the sticker. It might work.
