Poll question: Will Bush Leave Office Unscathed? No Censure, No Impeachment?
I say he gets off scott-free like all the other times in his life.

2. Unscathed? no
He may not end up in prison like he deserves, but I think something will happen to disgrace him forever. Hell he already is disgraced forever, so I would argue that he already has been scathed just not as badly as we would like. I don't know about impeachment, but I think a censure has a chance if there is a Democratic congress. However I was very disappointed with the weak support Feingold's resolution got, so I have a difficult time relying on the Democrats sometimes.

3. If the dems take Congress, he's impeached toast
Otherwise, legacy will call him the worst president ever.

He's a lazy, less than intelligent frat brat, and no way will history look at him kindly.

4. If the 06 election goes better than 00, 04
then there will be a massive flurry of impeachments and reform

If not, there will be a collapse, then a revolution.

Either way, ** will not finish his term of office, I believe.

But it will never happen. :-(

7. Yes and no. I agree no censure and no impeachment (damn) but
given his bizarre behavior, even for him, at the G8, I'm guessing some kind of breakdown and commitment. You pick the cause, but I speculate recreational pharmaceuticals, like Rush.

8. History will not be kind to him
He may not face any major scandal before he leaves office (in my darker moments I would add an "if he leaves office"), but I think that the history books will widely remember him as one of the worst presidents we've ever had. I think he's going to make Nixon look like a hero.

11. I wanted to make a "BRING BACK NIXON" bumper sticker. After all,
a Zombie Nixon is better than a brain-dead Bush.

9. the safe answer is that he will get a pass -- I am voting that
karma will catch up with him.

You know karma is a real bitch -- she is waiting for her pay back.

But then I don't believe in god . . . .

10. Not unscathed... but he won't be leaving office either..
he will lock himself into office and seize power "until the crisis has passed"; look for a new 9/11 type event or for full blown WWIII to break out. He will suspend elections and stay in office, forever.

12. It is so wrong to just let this slide
JUSTICE and DEMOCRACY should count.
No one came to my impeachment teach in. I posted it on DFA, here and on http://articlesofimpeachment.net/
will see if I can pass around the video and give out the books at least. I'll mail one to congress I guess. I like the pins.
