Some of you may think this is a "puff piece", but
given the situation our country finds itself in now, I thought I'd just throw this out there for anyone who may have the answers! Are we in the midst of "PLAGUES" or something of that sort? What with all the "natural phenomenons" going on around us, has anyone noticed anything unusual? My little town in Northwestern Ct. has. We are being over run this year with what look like "baby" black snakes (or racers)!! My back yard is full of them, and my little Bichon is afraid to go out in the fenced in yard to go Potty. I have a brook behind my house, and we've had a very wet spring season. Now this heat is causing my yard to look like a jungle. I've lived in this house for three years, and this is the first time I've seen anything other than garter snakes. Many other people I know in town are experiencing the same thing. Any clues out there? I'm really not that frightened of snakes, and I know they are good for the garden, but they startle the hell out of me the way they move like "swift sidewinders"!! HELP!! Is there a larger Mommy and Daddy out there somewhere too????:hide:

4. Thanks, I plan to as soon as it's in my area.
Other than weather, and animals in danger of becoming extinct, what else is there going on we should know about? Just a few samples, please? I promise, I am going to see the movie.

2. A moist, hot summer is just right for snakes.
And yes, there are some weird things happening - but I'd say it's more weird weather patterns and a mix of global warming.

I don't think it's anything that God is doing signalling the end times or anything.

Also, I'm curious why you capitalized "Potty". That's kind of odd. Not wrong, just odd.

And p.s. - snakes, unless they're poisonous, can't hurt you and, in fact, for the most part won't even approach you since they are afraid of you. And even poisonous ones are mostly afraid of you.

Could be because it took so looooong to housebreak him to go outside, and now he won't, unless I'm at the other end of the leash out walking with him!! It's a BIG thing to me subconsciously??? That is too funny! Thanks for pointing it out! DC edited for spelling
