I can't help but feel sorry for civilians on either side of the conflict. It must be so frightening for them all.

...terrorized--while the leaders on both sides, sit comfortably--issuing press statements.

Why don't these bastards leave the civilians out of this? Why should civilians suffer because of a few leaders who make poor decisions?

I say...get the warring leaders together, in a small room. Give them guns and let them have their own little war. Leave the innocent civilians out of it.
