World Can't Wait Feb. 4 event

I keep hearing these World Can't Wait commercials on Air America and I'm intrigued by their Feb. 4 protest plans. Did anyone take part in the last World Can't Wait protest AND is anyone planning on going to DC Feb. 4?

1. I went to the one in Ft. Lauderdale in November

It wasn't a huge turnout, but it was right after Hurricane Wilma so most of South Florida was without power and probably had other things to worry about than attending a protest.

2. If you can't go to DC then get your own group together and do a small

protest in your town.

Pick a high traffic location, call/email all your friends and send out a notice with date/time/location
Have them tell their friends

Have a sign making party before a few days before

Call your newspaper and have a small press release ready for them

Even if only two people show up it is still better than nothing, you can always try again a few weeks later
