Lamont beats SCHLESINGER 45% to 22%, with 24% undecided
This is one part of the recent poll that's getting very little attention here. Unless ALL of the undecideds went for Schlesinger in the General (in CT, not very likely), Lamont, and the Democrats, win. This is if Lieberman is NOT in the race.

This puts the lie to Lieberman's argument that he is only running as an independent to ensure that Democrats retake the Senate.

ineffective, blur-headed, and of fluid loyalties is making Connecticut the most exciting state in politics right now.

This is a big day for Lamont Democrats.
