I went to Costco today and I have to say I was overwhelmed by the excess of everything compared to those suffering in the Mid East who are scraping for something. And not just in the Mid east but everywhere and then I thought of the Global Warming Crisis not being addressed and it goes on and on all the crisis. I am in crisis overload! It made me ashamed, sad and scared for all of our futures including my little boys.

"Saving" cells created through in-vitro fertilization so that they now end up in the garbage (instead of being donated to science to save life) is "pro-life", but ordering the killing tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis babies, mothers, and fathers is nothing to worry about.

Silkie adopted me one evening eight years ago. My husband opened the door of our apartment (half of a side-by-side duplex) and this cat came running in and right over to me, meowing, while I was working on something on the floor. He is soooo cuddlesome and so mellow and sweet-natured!
