Anybody want to give MSNBC a little eye opener?
Edited on Fri Jul-21-06 08:32 PM by Rude Horner
So I'm surfing around a few minutes ago and I see this on MSNBC's website:

Has 9/11 changed your life? Tell us about it
E-mail your story to MSNBC.com — it could be featured on the site
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13939175/

Ok, I know I could have posted this in the September 11th forum, but I thought this was something better suited for GD ONLY BECAUSE I don't want to discuss the actual event here. That's not what this post is for. No, I posted this here because there's a certain guy in my state (Wisconsin) who is coming under fire for saying that he thinks 911 was an inside job, and the media is jumping all over this story, making it out to seem like this guy's opinion is crazy. I thought it would be neat for a whole bunch of people to maybe goose MSNBC a bit, and let them know that there are a bunch of us out here that don't buy the official story. That this guy isn't alone. Or if nothing else, maybe they should hear that September 11th was the day that a lot of us started distrusting this administration. Or that it has been used to destroy our freedoms.

4. Then please do.
I said this thread wasn't for discussing the event. I posted here so a lot of people might get the opportunity to show MSNBC that the guy in Wisconsin is not alone. If you don't agree, then simply ignore.

Thanks

5. Thanks I read about him
Isn't he a professor who is teaching a course where he provides an analysis of the incident,
I think that's what's needed, analysis, science, there is a lot to be sad for scientific
analysis, your blood pressure and cholesterol level are facts not talking points, the same
way with the evidence from ground zero.

6. Actually, if I'm not mistaken
it's just a professor who has been outspoken about the event. He doesn't actually teach anything about 911 in his course. It's just that since he has this "unpopular" and "outrageous" opinion about the events of that day, politicians in this state are all trying to get him fired.

7. My response to MSRNC
During the time it was happening, I lived in NJ and had to live with the stench coming from Lower Manhattan. I hoped that the response would be intelligent and focused, but my expectations exceeded the capabilities of the adminisration. By March 2003, I knew this nation had been punked. I vowed to do everything I could to put the control of our government back in the hands of the people. I vowed to do nothing for myself until that had occured. I hope America wakes up soon, I'm not sure how long my bank account will last.
