How has John Bolton performed compared to your expectations?

Nobody here thought he was going to do a good job. Now that Bush wants to reappoint him, how would you rate his performance over the last year? About what you were expecting? Not as bad? Much worse?

1. I have not heard of him accomplishing anything.

But I have heard of him trying bully ambasadors from other countries. So I'd have to give him a failing grade.
