I left the office early last night ; at midnight.

There was only one devastating picture yesterday : that of two people who were killed in air strikes on Akkar,(the poorer area) in the north, late Wednesday night.

Both corps were black, both were dismembered , both were "weird". I don't think it matters anymore to try to prove that Israel is using unconventional , forbidden weapons .. that would only prove that it should have used "allowed" weapons. Who cares, people are dying anyway. And whatever weapons are being used , the pollution they're creating will kill the survivors from cancer later.

The unreliable Wayne Madsen had something yesterday and I have seen two apparantly different reports from Lebanese sources today. Quite frankly I don't know what to make of it. The pictures in that link a hugely disturbing.

I pick #1 only because I've seen pics of victims of phosphorus weapons and they didn't look like this.

You'll note it looks the same. It is my understanding that you are probably familiar with deep point like wounds from the shrapnel of the WP metal. It doesn't have to be the case. In fact it can be blown up in such a way to form a metallic "mist" that will incinerate human flesh in broad areas on contact. (As you will note in the picture above, this is a death that is confirmed to be from WP.)

They also make rockets and mortars. It should be noted the Israelis are using the same type of weapons that can use WP shells.

is because they don't see the horrible images. I think everyone should have to look at these pictures and decide for themselves if these people are terrorists.

Though, now that I think about it, probably not:

Nobody really uses 'napalm' anymore; they call it something else now, NapalmB or superNapalm, I think. You can put in fun additives, too, like aluminum, phosphorus or magnesium, all of which burn really hot at like 1300+ degrees centigrade. There's also the unadulterated fun of dropping a 'Mark77':

That has an oxidizing agent so it'll burn hotter, and no benzine, so it's environmentally friendly.

This makes me think that it's not MK77 victims you're seeing there; 1300 degress C is quite enough to turn people in to a fine ash with anything approaching a sustained burn. Probably not a thermite bomb either; those burn hot enough to melt solid steel. More likely, they're the victims of a house/building fire started by whatever hit near them. I only posit this because there's still bodies left to see.

According to the original article, the bodies still have hair and don't appear burned--the photos of the bodies are fairly distant from the camera.

I'm going with the thermobaric bomb--the shock wave from one of those will liquify your innards, and a few hours in the heat will turn you black and swollen.

I also saw a Lebanese physician on cnn this morning stating that Israel is using WP. Israel doesn't deny it, they just say that all of their weapons are within international law.
