Anyone else lose their star?

Try deleting DU's cookies and logging back in.

10. Go to Tools on your toolbar

and then Internet Options (if you don't have IE, it might be different, I don't know). Choose Delete Cookies and, while you're at it, delete your Temporary Files, including All Offline Content.

But I logged out then back in, then delted cookies and logged out/in and my star isn't there. If it isn't back tomorrow, contact the administrators.

edit: go to Help (top of website) then Contact Administrators.

I just did this and I still don't have my star.

What's weird is I can go to my groups (many of which you need the star), and read them, but can't reply to them. Strange.

I hope it gets cleared up soon.

Donor stars last for one full year after the date of your donation. If your star disappeared, it is probably because it has been more than a year since your last donation.

Sometimes our records do not accurately reflect the date of your most recent donation. If you believe your donor star was taken away prematurely, please let us know so we can fix the problem.

My star is lost on multiple computers, and multiple browsers. I donate monthly by automatic withdrawel and my bank shows a July payment.
