1. The audio was good. The video gets progressively more out of sync

as it goes along to the point where it's distracting trying to pay attention to both. It has potential, with a bit more tweaking.

2. That Is The Flash Curse

The audio will always play at the same rate. But, the video streams at variable rates depending on the machine, connection and the server it is running from. Still an unresolved issue unfortunately. I have been fighting it for a couple of days. It is finally about perfect on my two computers. But it has a bunch of variables.

I'll see how others are getting it and try to adjust a bit more if it seems a widespread problem.
