I think that's a meme that is passed around, just like "The NYT is liberal".

5. One only needs to look at the tiny number of voters
who show up at the polls to understand how truly

apatheic.

The apathy among registered voters is pitiful, but the number of people

eligible to register, and don't bother, is shameful.
