2. Anthrax is naturally occurring in many places.

6 counties around Waco have periodic outbreaks every few years. It's not a big deal except to the ranchers whose herds are infected and must be destroyed.

Much as I hate what giant agribusiness has done to agriculture this can't be laid at their corporate feet.
