1. Not "Rice". I do believe my computer does not like fox
all it will pull up is a blue background with "fox" all over it, nothing else.

Also, the first sentence refers to the "humanitarian chief." It's slightly deceptive, but in the end, what's the big deal; Egeland is a big shot at the UN. Perhaps just another case of too many "chiefs" and not enough Indians.

Annan is Sec-General
