I will be happy to forward some messages from us
to some soldiers going or about to go back into the line now.

I will forward this to the newsletter that goes to that battallion and their parents. We read it. They are our kids. They read it.

So, this isn't political for them - and must not be for us either. Maybe they need to know just how we feel. Beyond that which parents feel. Not political, but as Americans sending our children to fight. They are good kids - and I do mean kids.

2. Hello from Baltimore
Saw a slide show today on important facts you should know about Baltimore. First 4 slides showed crabs, 5th slide showed people eating crabs, this was divided into 3 parts, the single
crab eater, the double crab eaters and the multi-crab eaters, all had checkered tables and
wooden hammers. I guess that's the essential information on Baltimore. It's rained almost
every day this summer so the weeds are extra pesky, everyone keeps washing their cars though.
The Blockbusters this summer are Pirates of Carribean, Part Two and Superman Returns, I must
admit I don't keep up. I didn't even know he was gone. Hope you can make it back okay,
we'll have plenty of cold beer, Maryland Crabs and Old Bay Seasonings when you get back.

Miss Waverly

5. Hello, men and women in our armed forces in Iraq!

I wish you all the very best and think of you often (even though I'm not 100% behind Am. policy). I'm representing one of your fellow soldiers in a case where he got cheated out of an election on touch screen voting machines here in the US, so I'm trying to help make that right for him so he can serve his country even more when he gets back! That's a special breed, to be sure. Amazing willingness to serve and sacrifice there. Thank you all.

K&Recommended,
Paul Lehto

8. Thank you guys,
They need to know this is not a political statement - it is not!

Many of us and our fathers and our brothers fought in noble wars in the past and they feel the same here.

They need to hear this.

We do love those kids - dearly - and we need them back here safe and unhurt. They will be the leaders of our country in this next century. We cannot afford their blood to spill here, not at all.

You come home boys! - Don't volunteer for anything - get your butts home where they belong. The Army really does lie - as you surely know by now. Don't trust those people!!

God bless you kids, I know he will.

Get your asses home - without a bunch of holes in them.

Joe

9. Thank you
I know what you're doing is difficult and dangerous, just know many of us are praying for you and and your families.

I am the mother of a former soldier who was stationed in Afghanistan. I honor you as much as I do her.

I hope for all your safe returns, and know there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about our deployed military women and men.

12. May God Keep Them All Safe From Harm And Give Them The Strength They Need
in times of hardship to stand strong. May God grant them wisdom and peace of mind and the strength and direction to make the right decisions and maintain their morality. I pray for their safe return and that God be with their families to offer them strength and peace during the time their children are gone. Thanks to them for their courage and service and my prayers are with them all.

13. This is the truth....
Some of the firmest supporters of our troops are citizens who did not support this war. You`re in our hearts each and every day.

15. you guys overseas are heroes for just getting through this . . .
please know that there are millions of us here at home doing our damnedest to expose BushCo for what they are and, hopefully, to elect anti-war Democrats in November . . . right now, BushCo controls the voting mechanisms, but we're working on that, too . . .

understand that you are not forgotten, not even a little . . . what we're trying to do here is specifically for you guys over there . . .

we want you home, and out of harms way . . .

God Bless . . .
