Bill Clinton made his second biggest mistake
In supporting Lieberman. This is the kind of half-assed support that the progressive base hates. Clinton is supporting Lieberman in the primary but will withdraw that support if Lieberman runs independently.

Remember, Lieberman turned on Clinton and was behind the lack of use of Bill during Gore's 2000 campaign.

If Clinton would not support Lieberman as an independent, he should have not supported him either way. The writing's on the wall Joe. It's time to retire. You are no longer wanted by your party.

1. Sometimes, you really do have to clean up the garage or
take out the trash or whatever other chores your wife wants you to do, especially when you've been sleeping on the couch for as long as the Big Dog has.

2. I thought he was sleeping on the floor so Poppy Bush could have
the bed? Am I missing something about who might be in the bed?

4. He'd just be following the DU rules:
2. Who We Are: Democratic Underground is an online community for Democrats and other progressives. Members are expected to ...support Democratic candidates for political office.

If Joe goes Indy, Bill follows this rule and supports the Dem.

5. Bill Clinton used to know how to bring us all together...
that's why he had such high poll numbers and was loved around the world. By supporting this asshole warmongering bushbot, he is helping drive wedges between us. Lieberman is a big sore spot with tons of Democrats and Bill knows it. It causes me pain to see him get into this.

6. I can hear the dialogue all over CT tonite...
well, dear, did you see that Bill Clinton came into our state to support Joe Lieberman?
That's nice. Which reminds me, isn't tonite "our night?"
Oh, you know, you're right. Let me get into something more comfortable.

The Big Dog is in town to remind people that you can stick with Joe, and simply get screwed; or you can make up your own mind, and maybe get laid.

I'm not gonna sweat the details. I doubt he's turned the tide for Joe-
y'see, Joe not only made his own bed, he insisted on publically making Clinton's too. people won't forget.

He looks so very desperate.

8. But Clinton isn't a progressive. Never was.
Only in the wildest GOP propaganda wet dream could Clinton be characterized as anything other than slightly right of center.
