25. The top of the page is dated
July 24th. I don't understand why they would publish a May 9th story on July 24th unless they wanted to hide something. But the video is definitely older as he was trying to push Medicare D.

7. 13% approval on gas prices...
i want to know who the 13% are that can't figure out that gas, which had never been over $1.50 a gallon is no stuck at $3. Not to mention that in Clinton's last year, it actually dipped below a buck a gallon.

Do they really believe the GOP excuse supply has dwindled by 2/3 in this short period of time and that we have to build refineries and drill everywhere in sight? And that price gouging has nothing to do with it? Nor the fact that two oil men are in power just by conincidence when this increase happned?

26. Maybe those 13% R the shareholders, employees, and their...
families (& close relatives) who directly, or indirectly, profit from all things BigOil&Co.

Then there R the extreme Bushbot Borgs (we know who they R, and how foolish, stupid, idiot, coward, arrogant, bigoted, and bullying they R). Re.: F.R. (as in Fascist Reptiles).

Dunno about the "Rapture Ready" kool-aid drinkers, but we wouldn't be surprised to find them in that scary ("big") 13%, wouldn't we?

10. Let's be happy and please let's keep up the pressure on
the new "improved" voter reg databases and electronic machines that the Hinder American Voters Act is shoving down our throats! There are law suits going on all over the country, there are groups really working hard.

We can win but the fight has to be something like fair!

:)

11. And there's your political capital for ya...

I love this one:

"On handling the issue of rising gas prices, Mr. Bush's performance rating dropped four percentage points from what it was a month ago (from 17% to 13%)."

Just when you thought they couldn't get any lower!!!

What they need is another flag burning amendment. According to Frist the press didn't make enough hay over it and that's why it isn't number one on the average American's shit list.

Edited on Mon Jul-24-06 09:33 PM by mistertrickster

(on edit--oops, I thought I was just linking to it, oh well--here is the link, btw http://www.pollkatz.homestead.com/)

What this shows is that Dumbya hits a low then gets a little bounce, then there's a nice long slide until the next low, bounce, repeat etc.

His last low was in May-June in the low 30's then he bounced to high 30's.

Now look forward to another steep decline . . .

HOWEVER, eventually he probably will hit rock bottom. There's apparently about 20 percent of all Americans who support their right-wing idiot no matter what. Cheney still has support in this range, for instance. Nixon's low was 27 percent, and Bush is within spitting distance of that right now . . .

18. K&R "Feel Good" post of the month. 31% and thats a prop...
The corporate polls always prop him up. He must be in just terrible shape, maybe 25%-28% in reality.

Don't blame the people, we didn't want him, we didn't elect him either time, and we opposed his damn war until he told the big lie about WMD and then many of us still opposed it.

Thanks
