Are people fleeing Lebanon or Iraq coming to the US?

Last night, I watched CBC's "The National." Canadian citizens fleeing Lebanon were returning to Canada and bringing their Lebanese relatives along.

Is this also occuring with American citizens of Lebanese descent?
