2. New slogan for Insurors?
Play Insurance Lotto... send us a check every month, and if some bad shit happens, come down and spin the wheel...land on that ONE 1/8th inch wide "winner" spot, and we might pay you $100 for damages..

winning the prize invalidates future coverage

3. The State Insurance Commissioner is fighting back hard.

the issue is on its way to court.

I heard an Allstate rep getting her ass handed to her buy the insurance commissioner on New Orleans radio yesterday. She was whining about how unfair coverage in Louisiana was to their policy holders in other states.

So far, the state is at least holding serve with allstate.

My congressman, Gene Taylor (D) of Mississippi said that their should be a state registry for Insurance Executives like there is for sexual predators so you'll know if one is living next door to you.

5. Are they allowed to continue doing other business in the state,
such as car insurance? If so, they should not be.
