so there won't be any campaign, except for a fake one to make the faked election look as legitimate as they can, under the circumstances. I think Cheney can put anyone he chooses in the Oval Office, just with a phone call or two to his good buddies at Diebold. He put himself there, after all.

As far as the artificially assisted nature of his existence goes, I have NO IDEA how he survived for so long with a chest defibrillator. Heart patients just usually aren't that lucky.
