Poll question: Did Israel deliberately target the U.N? |

Simple, non-inflammatory choices.

hell, how many of our boats have they attacked, when they wanted us NOT to see what they were doing? And never forget some of the stolen code that AIPAC got that might, just might, allow Israel to turn away or turn off our spy satellites over certain areas of interest. And don't forget how they have - never mind. Israel's moves are pure evil. Puts them in the same place as our administration.

7. Artillery seems to be blanketing all of southern Lebanon indiscriminately |
|
Twenty-thousand shells or more fired so far, 24 hours a day. But apparently, the UN on the scene says that it was an airborne type of device that hit the UN post. If we are to believe the UN, they gave 16 warnings in the hours before the strike, to tell the Israel military they were coming too close. Also, from what CNN reported, Israeli airstrikes continued firing missles very close to the UN compound during the rescue operation itself.
That said, however, I marked "not sure". How can you be sure? But Israel is not helping itself by forbidding journalists from going into southern Lebanon to act as impartial observers.

14. Are you being ironic? |

Because there is nothing comforting about being on DU these days. And being around righteousness of any kind is a danger signal.

and what's anyone going to do about it?
Really. What the hell can be done about it and by whom? The IDF can do whatever they please, bust anyone up they please, because they have the neocon protection team. It's like a wrestling tag team from hell.

Edited on Tue Jul-25-06 11:13 PM by Clarkie1
the only really honest answer anyone can give at this point is "not sure."
Edit: For the record, I think it is extremely unlikely they did because there is no motive. In fact, the motive would be for them to avoid hitting the U.N.
