Gallup Poll: Bush at 37% approval to 59% disapproval
Edited on Tue Jul-25-06 08:34 PM by louis c
<snip>

Bush's 37% rating is similar to his average approval rating of 37% for June.

Bush's job approval rating had been showing a slow, gradual improvement from...his...low of 31% in early May, but seems to have reached a plateau in the 37% to 40% range since mid-June.

<end snip>

Imagine the Repukes trying to put a spin on a poll that shows an improvemnt plateau at MINUS 22?

2. I don't get this...
I visited Pollingreport.com today to see what Junior's #'s were.

I'm beside myself, because the rat has more than a 20 percent approval rating.

I'm really losing faith in people, and their ability to deal with reality.

I can't believe that more than 1/3 of the people in this country, think that this sick thug is doing a bang-up job governing this country.

Grrrrrrr....:puke:

(first time I've used the puke smiley. I'm sure it won't be the last...)

10. You think that's bad...
A recent poll says that 50% of Americans now believe we found WMDs in Iraq, up from 36% last year. How strange is this - a poll regarding a matter of recently recorded history, with increasing numbers getting it wrong! How many will believe this lie next year?

6. Stupid and ignorant as can be.
It's the 25% who would be susceptible to autoritarian rule plus a few other angry bigots who hate people for being different than they are or are just plain jealous.

12. Hitler only needed 35% approval in Germany in the early 1930s.

4. I want to see him down in the twenties
and then I want to see the Thumb of Fate pressing down, harder and harder, on his greasy little head until he's completely submerged in the statistical ooze.

8. AOL's "Better Ideas" poll has me wondering. If you have AOL
and I guess I have to say I'm sorry if you do because so many people hate it, :), I was surprised to see that the vote is going toward republicans having the better ideas on the latest issues. I know AOL leans right most of the time, but even their polls lately have been showing a shift toward Democrats leading on most issues leading up to November. I was just wondering if this is the beginning of a manipulation (maybe) of polls in the following weeks. Got to make sure that it looks clean, if you know what I mean. The polls have to show no more than a 5 to 8 point difference between the two parties for the republicans to hail their secret voters for the unexpected victories.

I'll be keeping a close eye on every poll.

11. He's a lame duck anyway - we have a bigger problem
Really, who cares how many morans in the U.S. approve of the chimp?

Our much bigger problem is preventing more Republicans from stealing office using rigged machines in upcoming elections.

13. It'll Go Back Down, Come The Election
As repukes run FROM Silverspoon, and the dems point out the problems caused by a repub congress and the Bush mob, the awareness will go up and approval will fall.
