Shut up Karen Hughes...
She was on CNN and Soledad was actually giving her a hard time...have they had a cat fight in the past?? Hughes was spinning like a top saying how postive the meeting was and Soledad was challenging her as to how when everyone wants a cease fire except US and Hughes was yelling that we do want a cease fire...but with conditions blah blah blah... Soledad then ran off all the numbers of all the countries whose opinions of the US are down and that Hughrs' job is to put those numbers up...it was pretty funny actually...I hate Soledad but she actually challenged someone in the administration... Hughes spun back that if you took numbers during the fall of communism, you'd see the same thing...oh please...

2. Don't all cease fires have conditions?
Sorry, I'm trying to understand the rational of the deranged.

I simply cannot stand Soledad....She has been SO VERY NASTY to
Democrats and anyone with out point of view. She has embraced racists during Katrina. She has supported the Bush regime in every shape, form and fashion and NOW...SUDDENLY...there is this BIG SWITCH to suddenly confronting a member

Whenever the public becomes aroused enough, the news media begins to side with the majority almost as though they have been "doing it all along!"

Like Dubais...remember how they suddenly began to report things that we ordinarily didn't hear since BushCo took over the media? Then after the Dubais outraged boiled itself out, they stopped with the open reporting again.

Now they are doing it again because a great number of people are upset with the unnecessary bloodbath that BushCo is supporting in Lebanon. I have seen it on several news stations...this subtle change in seeming to dare to say something against Bush's War on Terror.

Just watch...I'll bet we'll see more and more of this attack on Republican spokespersons...at least for awhile. The msm will pick on this administration while it is in a weakened,low-poll-number position and then after a few weeks, they will stop attacking and start being positive and supportive again. Round and round they go, much like the battle in the ME.

The msm cannot be trusted and Soledad has at least two children to put through college, so telling the truth on the air is way down on her list of right things to do.

5. Karen Hughes spews crap and Bushetals accept it as fact
Honestly, I don't know if "you took the numbers during the fall of communism" and blah blah blah. I just know Hughes' lips were moving and that's enough to tell me she's lying.

15. Hughes should just go plant herself back on the barstool
and order another glass of wine, she was equally effective when found doing just that a few days ago, as reported in the NYT before they scrubbed it from the article:

"During a refueling stop in Shannon, Ireland, Ms. Rice’s aides ran into a tired and angry group of Americans who had been evacuated from Lebanon and were trying to get home, but their plane, which stopped in Shannon, had broken down.

Some of the Americans recognized Karen Hughes, the assistant secretary of state for public diplomacy. Within minutes she was surrounded by the group, who said they had been traveling for five days and had been at the airport for 24 hours.

“I am so sorry,” she said, sitting at a bar drinking wine."

17. It's a good thing I didn't run into KKKaren in a bar in Shannon Airport.
I probably would've ended up in jail either in Limerick or Ennis for spitting on her or more likely on a "rendition flight" to Gitmo.

That woman makes my skin crawl. YUCK!!!!

20. Yep, my skin crawls just seeing a picture of her
and I want to vomit at the sound of her voice. Her behavior at the airport is symptomatic of all the bush cabal and their supporters, imo, they don't give a crap about anyone, anywhere, anytime except for their "have and have-more" base.

"Go crawl back uner your damn rock Karen!"

Geesh, putting HER in chage of spreading a positive image of the US is as bad or worse than putting Bolton in the UN!

18. This just shows how far back
Bush's utilization of the media to his benefit has been in effect.
Karen Hughes used to be a news anchor on WFAA, our ABC affiliate.
At the time, it was the highest rated local news in the area.
When Bush was governor, WFAA would always have glowing reports about
his endeavors. She was the "big deal" anchor at the time do it
was no surprise to DFWers that she took up with Bush when he
ran for presnit.
