questions about the 10,000? prisoners Israel holds

that's a lot of people to hold in jail. the bldg. must be huge. or are they held in many bldgs., compounds? and the cost of holding so many people. does american tax dollars pay for it? and that many people needs a lot of guards. does american money pay their salaries, buy their uniforms? and the prison clothing? who pays? and who makes them, China, India? and the food for all these prisoners, supplied by Halliburton? paid for by us?

anybody know the answers to any of these questions?
