I have to keep some diesel in my tank, just for starting up, but otherwise my fuel is free.

9. $3.09 - Central Ohio
up from $2.84 in one day, then down to $2.96, then back up to $3.09 - all within the same day.

Low grade - they are not even putting the premium price on the boards right now in many places

13. I don't know. I take the bus and our car gets really good gas mileage
It's a non issue to us. I don't mean that to sound snotty, but really, I wish what applies to us applied to others.

30. Sold my car, moving to Portland, OR....
where it's easier to get around without a car. I've had it with giving the oil companies my money. The future is more mass transit. BTW, in this thread I'm noticing one thing loud and clear - blue states pay more for gas! All the more reason for us to drive less!

Might as well start becoming less dependent on car travel now, rather than later, when it will be even more expensive

29. I got it on Monday for $2.88 at the Hess at Disney.
Has it gone up that much in a couple of days? It was even a couple of cents cheaper in Clermont. But prices can vary wildly from one side of Orlando to the other. The Disney Hess stations are pretty cheap if you can brave the tourist traffic.

I actually live in the Daytona area, and I plan my trips to Orlando strategically, as gas down there is usually 0.15 to 0.20 a gallon cheaper than up here. I always arrive in Orlando with an empty tank!
