Corporate Fraud Alert!!! Getting Creamed in Civil Court In Pro Per! |
|
I need help! Any California Attorneys out there who would like to help for the cause? Does anybody know of anyone?? Maybe anyone who knows law??? I have been putting together Court papers myself, but I don't know what I'm doing. I'm getting very little to no help. I need someone Pro Bono or who will work something out with me, or at least someone who will just donate their time talking to me and pointing me in the right direction of proper Court procedure and filing etc.
A little about me, I am on Federal Disability (I used to work for the Post Office) and awhile back I recieved a lump sum of backpay of this money, and to try and get myself back on my feet I gave $30,000.00 of this money for a bogus "business opportunity" and I was given a fraudulent contract.
I'll be really honest here, I have no money to hire an Attorney, as I am on Disability, and these crooks have my money. Legal Aid won't help, they "don't do these types of cases" (Unlimited Civil) and the Public law center won't help. It's pretty humiliating for a person to try to represent themselves in Court when the thieving side has an unfair advantage over them (Money, and an Attorney)
Is there any help for the destitue? Any justice at all? I don't want my case to get thrown out over silly technicalities that I am unaware of because I am not an Attorney and I cannot afford one! How many times does this happen to people in America because they cannot "afford" justice??? :banghead:
These people have scammed many people, another girl in NC and I are attempting to get some newsmedia coverage about them (although that could be a shot in the dark) and I have even filed a complaint with the California Attoney General's Office (and the case is still open) but the AG says they won't file the case in Court because they "don't have the money." :wtf:
The good thing about my own case is that I can sue the two responsible individuals and I don't have to chase corporations (because of consumer law) and my contract specifically has a refund clause and there are laws for damages.
And please no negativity without the facts, like "you'll never get anything back" etc. because I have come this far and I'm not giving up now!
Anybody out there???
Please......anyone???? (Also, pm me if you want)

3. Sme thing happened to me... |
|
but for a lot more money, but on wages and stock. A company out of Arizona, and I had a contract, duly and properly executed by a lawyer.
Although Arizona law is very clear, regarding the illegality of this kind of thing, the Arizona AG's office would not even talk to us in any substantive manner.
The legal system is for the rich. It is not for you and me. Period. It is a sham and a sin. It exists only to victimize those who are not wealthy.
Just another reason why I expect blood in the streets before too much more time passes. I'll just watch. I'm way too old and cynical for that shit.

sometimes if a person has a lawyer or not? Wow, how long ago did this happen to you, and how did you end up dealing with it?
And what's with the State AG Offices? There supposed to be around to "serve and protect". And serve who? The rich and thieving Corporations?
What a joke!

5 years ago and we all took it on the chin. I have yet to crawl out of the abyss it threw me into, either.
The State AGs and The State Attorney General's offices were a sad joke. I suspect they do a lot of group masturbating.
And yes, the corporations seem to be all they serve.
