Did you see the people scrambling to dig who they could out of the rubble? |

On MSNBC, there was a huge building targeted. The reporter said it was targeted because the leader of the Hizbollah might be there. The reporter said that even if he wasn't, the bombing might have been meant to send a message.
Did you see the people scrambling to dig who they could out of the debris that fell about their town?

3. Yes, I saw it, at least I think I did. |

I believe that was Tucker Carlson? I remember him mentioning that several buildings had been flattened, not pinpoint bombing "like you see when American planes can take out a single building with precision." I have no idea what he meant, but he said something along the lines of, "there probably were Hezbollah there...but it's hard to tell if there was any targeting." Basically, he added nothing. But I did see the pictures.
Is that what you're talking about? That segment?

8. Yes, it is. Is it Beirut? Tyre? Baghdad? |
|
Let's hope it doesn't ignite the rest of the world.

9. Yahoo Lebanon has the images from Tyre with the blue hats searching |
|
through the rubble.
This was a tall building, half of it blown apart and littered onto the town below much like NY 9-11.
I can't watch Tucker so, I couldn't follw up on the flash I'd seen. The images were just the same as the others; folks digging their family, friends, neighbors, out of rubble.
I had walked away from the computer and turned the channel to something other than news. I'm going on vacation. The last on had me arriving at the beach the morning of the 9-11 collapse of the Trade Center buildings. I'm back on the news channel.
I wonder if I can get a room without a TV.
