I don't care what the 'justification' is. It has to stop. I don't know how to stop it, and I don't
care why either side feels justified killing innocents. There is not justification for doing so.

Not 'defense', not 'he did me, so I'm going to do him', not 'I'll make more $$'. Nothing.

Call me an anti-semite, anti-arab, anti what you will. I'm anti killing.

Of course, our fearless leadership of chicken-hawks ( D & R ), only want to see more killing so they can enhance their political fortunes - with a few notable exceptions.

Oh, that I could afford to leave the US - for OZ, Canada or Amsterdam. I'd go. I'm ashamed to be an
'Ugly American' and my family is really pissed at our 'leadership'.

We really need to 'throw the bums out'. ALL of the incumbents. We need a new slate.

Will never happen - our system favors the monied interests, it has taken them a long time to engineer the law to support them, and they will NEVER let the pendulum swing back to the people.

America, as we knew it has been dead for a long time. The powers that be have just decided that they don't care if we, 'the consumers' know, because they know we can't do anything about it.

Of course we could. We could stock up and then stop buying - say for a week or a month.

Here in Hurricane Country, I keep a month's worth of supplies, and could 'fall off of the grid' for a month as well.

Perhaps that is what we need to do.

I don't know, but I am angry.

3. Rethink the option about leaving.

It's only going to get worse. The powers behind the throne of King George aren't going to give up. They control the media; they control the ballot boxes; they control all three branches of government. Americans don't want to acknowledge that both the 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen. They won't get in the streets to revolt unless it's in their economic interest.

I seriously think that people need to make plans for getting out of the US.
There was a window in Germany in the early 30's; it's quite likely we're in that window right now in the US.

5. I disagree - we won't revolt due to $$... we'll only revolt if....

...there is a military draft.

When have people in America taken to the streets before? Only when there was a military draft
sending our kids to an unpopular and unnecessary war.

Oh, yeah - the ones in the streets were the potential draftees.
