4. Holy crap - I skipped ahead to the last paragraph
"The shift in official policy has thrilled former members of the cabal. To them, the war in Lebanon represents the final step in their plan to turn Iran into the next Iraq. Ledeen, writing in the National Review on July 13th, could hardly restrain himself. "Faster, please," he urged the White House, arguing that the war should now be taken over by the U.S. military and expanded across the entire region. "The only way we are going to win this war is to bring down those regimes in Tehran and Damascus, and they are not going to fall as a result of fighting between their terrorist proxies in Gaza and Lebanon on the one hand, and Israel on the other. Only the United States can accomplish it," he concluded. "There is no other way."

5. Well this article sheds some light upon the
Franklin/AIPAC scandal and finally connects Judy Miller. Several DUers have suspected that she was involved. Why there hasn't been more indictments in this case is beyond me. It will be interesting to see the verdicts in this trial. I think that we will be able to figure out why the Plame/Fitzgerald investigation has yielded only ONE criminal with an indictment and I have real doubts that Libby will make it until January without a pardon. I have often thought that the two cases intersected at some point.

Things are just out of control. I wonder which morning we are going to wake up to the news of the bombing campaign. Recently I have been checking in here more often....just waiting for the inevitable.

Will we have a false flag event here first? God I sure hope not. If there is I doubt that we will be able to talk to each other here. Maybe we should designate some type of meeting place in big cities. How are we going to get information?

Anyone thinking about this?

6. With the propaganda machine mentioning Hizbollah and Iran
Edited on Thu Jul-27-06 01:02 AM by shadowknows69
in the same sentence every two minutes (and I know they are connected but the media is playing it for effect). When, not if, when Hizbollah eventually hits us on our homeland for our support of Israel we can instantly blame it on Iran and then WWIII and hilarity ensues. It won't even have to be a 9/11 scale attack either but I will be very suprised if a civilian target isn't hit by a suicide bomber soon, touch wood.
