And the one with Al Gore: Gore is not an "I told you so" type of guy but this cartoonist is portraying him as such. While the sentiment over the heat might be true, I don't like the fact that this comic is presenting him in such a fashion. There is simply nothing to support that.

Several of these cartoons present Cheney as an out-of-touch, delusional fool. Love it!

During his appearance on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart asked Gore if he ever felt gleeful about Florida being threatened by rising sea levels. Gore carefully explained that we are all going to be affected by this, and that we all have to do something about it -- it's always "we" and "us" with him, I've noticed, not "it's all your fault for not listening to me". I think this is why he's managed to win over a number of policymakers and commentators who had been openly scornful of him when he talked about the issue in previous years.
