I dreamt the US (my house) was bombed

I heard the sound of a plane, saw one (military-type) flying overhead with 2 bombs underneath, then... BOOM. It hit some facility across the street (power plant?) but the blast blew down part of my house. I ran upstairs to get my daughter and husband. A whole bunch of people ran into my house for shelter and we all ran into my backyard.

That's it. It was so real. I can't shake the feeling that it happened.

I've had psychic dreams before about family members, but never events. I feel like this is foretelling this violence is coming here, but considering the events going on, probably a lot of us are having this kind of dream.

1. I had a somewhat similiar dream about a year ago

I dreamt that I was on a hill, where a hospital sits in a nearby city, and a soldier comes running up to me and I think my family was with me, telling me to hurry up and get to the shelter in the hospital and head to the basement. It was also very real. Airplanes, bombs, I can even remember it being a kind of cloudy day, and not too hot. I remember wondering if the cloudiness was from the weather or the bombs. Total chaos, Hundreds of soldiers, smoke plumes everywhere.

2. Actually

I had a similar experience though it wasn't my house or city. It was a coastal city, downtown, on a clear pristine day. I have no idea where it was. I think our minds just can't take all the fighting.

7. Weird. My war dream was just last night, and it was a beautiful coastal

area on a most gorgeous day. What I remember most was that the leader of our city/island/country had built all governmental buildings, his residence, etc. way on the outside of town so that nobody could "accidentally" bomb the citizens. We all stood there watching the bombings from a distance while our children played in the parks.

3. I had one yesterday morning,

the last one before I fully woke up.

I was in my house, but it was a combination of all the homes we previously lived in. I think my mom was with me, but she was quite a bit younger than she is today. The tv was on and there was a report of something happening at two military bases (I won't mention the names), a deployment or something (not clear). It was after dark, but there were hardly any lights outside. Eerie. It got chilly in the room, so I went to the two large windows where we were, put up the screens, pulled down the storm windows, shut the regular windows, pulled down the shades, and closed the curtains. I then dialed 911 on my cell phone to ask local law enforcement what was happening and got a female voice in a recorded message explaining 'something'. Wasn't good, but I don't know the message. My mom said, "I'm scared". I starting reassuring her, then I woke up. It left me with a strange feeling thru out the day.

4. Nowadays you rarely see the aircraft!

They pitch or steer the bomb, it appears to come from literally nowhere. In reality it comes from a plane 10 miles away, but you usually don't even hear the plane that launched it. I witnessed a bombing practice once where we monitoring a telemetry package & I was waiting, expecting airplanes to come flying over a drop bombs.

Suddenly-boom! Never did see an airplane that entire exercise, but there were bombs a plenty. The officers there explained to me that the onboard computers could calculate the weapon trajectory very accurately. In fact they were telling me it used to be a case of "Which building to you want to hit, now it is which window would you like the bomb to go through?"

Bear in mind this was twenty years ago!

5. Past life visions

Was it this life? Sometimes dreams can be lucid memories of past lives, and
millions died traumatc deaths from bombing over the past century. Those persons
are all reincarnated with a memory of that death coded in to their spriritual DNA.

6. I dreamt

my kitten had got in the sink and tried to wash her hair with shampoo. When I woke up first thing I did was to find her to make sure it was dream.

8. Maybe it's time

to stop watching the TV news coverage for awhile. The horrors going on in Lebanon can filter into our own subconscious & might be influencing these dreams. Maybe go walk in the park, hang out at the beach, watch a silly movie. :hug:

10. I never used to believe in these kinds of things...until it happened to me

I had a dream that North Korea had launched its missile, the same day that it launched its missile. I can even prove it, because it was such a weird and vivid dream I was going to write about it on DU. I went back to sleep however, and only saved the copy of the file on my computer. In the properties of the file it says 5am on the day the missile was launched.

This is kind of proof that the dream really did happen.

So in other words...I believe this could actually happen.
