As an aside, I can't look at Bolton without being reminded of those cartoons with the short mad scientist running about his lab intent of world domination or destruction...the cartoon character has a huge white mustache and hair very much like Bolton's.

According to a Biden's office, the senator recently requested a hearing after the Chairman of the Committee, Richard Lugar (D-IN), indicated that Bolton's nomination might come up for a vote again.
