2. I have a stealth campaign to paste "IMPEACH"

stickers over those sorts of bumper stickers. Since it's on another bumper sticker, it's not defacing the car....and, they do not look at anything and so go around for a long time with the words impeach over their stupid bumperstickerks. I mean theoretically that is.
