My tv is safe for the first time in years |
|
I haven't been able to watch * on the tv for the past 6 years. Not for one second. Something has changed. Though I continue to detest the little weasel, I no longer feel like throwing the tv out of a window while watching his lying lips move.
Is this progress, or am I coming down with some illness?
My anger is receeding, though my resolve remains.

been pulled back. Pitiful, ain't it?

2. No, you just have the confidence that comes from being |

with the majority now. The majority of Americans no longer are being fooled into supporting that drunken frat boy and pathological liar. The change happened during the post Katrina fiasco. It has continued to happen. Even the still rabid cultists are having their doubts when they awaken in the wee hours, one reason they're getting nastier and more defensive.
I still have to keep the remote handy, though, for the occasional newsbreak when I have the set on. If Stupid's picture and whiny voice are on those breaks, my foot will start to head for the screen if I don't hit the remote fast enough.

saturation advertising by Heather Wilson (R-COW), most of which is negative and nasty as hell. Her opponent has come out with a couple of ads tying her to Delay, but none so far about sending staffers to Miami in 2000 as part of the rentamob.
I SO want to slap her silly. I do fear for the TV if the remote isn't right here.

I just can't seem to muster up the intense anger that I've felt for years. I have an odd sense of peace - even while watching the weasel a few minutes ago.
I too usually hit the remote the split second I see his face, and his voice caused instant migraines, but no more. I just calmly think the same thoughts I was screaming for years.

5. * doesn't bother me as much as the other ones. I know he |
|
doesn't even understand what he's saying half the time. But when the rest of them get up on the screen I usually can't stand more than five minutes because every world that comes out of their lying mouths are insults to my intelligence and the fact that the hosts don't make them explain themselves is even worse.
