Does what happened in the past JUSTIFY what the Israelis are doing to the Lebanese people. Hell no.

I won't post his remarks...but he is quote here

With this form of reductio ad absurdium, you can probably locate most 'problems' in the US to Europe as well...but suggesting that slavery was a European institution, doesn't really address the current problems of African-Americans.

If anything it is an excuse for inaction.
