Why do the Democrats walk over each other's message??

Just now on C-SPAN, the Democrats were on live making some excellent points about stem cell and the war in Iraq. The Senate was waiting on a "quorum? And who breaks in to speak and cut off the Democrats meeting? Another Democrat! The lady from Washington must not have anyone that monitors C-SPAn or the news. She just walked all over the other Democrats.

detriment. People say its because we have many interests, but it's because we have poor leadership and no party discipline in Congress. That is, week MINORITY leaders. Not a Dean thing, a Pelosi and Reid thing.
