It just occurred to me: Coulter is the ultimate poster child for the G.O.P |
|
Without a doubt, she represents everything I hate about the Republican party.

2. That's why I harass every editor who drops her column |
|
She's a PERFECT rep for Repukes, because she says in public what they say only in private. One guy from some dinky Cedar Rapids paper sent me long, involved, really dishonest emails trying to justify his decision to hire and fire her. It comes down to, even they can be embarassed when the stupider things they believe in private become public.
But he said he would not reconsider hiring her. I said, well, her replacement Malkin is almost as insane as she is, so she'll probaby represent conservatism and the Republican party almost as well as Ann has.
He asked me not to write him anymore. Thin skinned SOB.

4. Personally, I think all political pundits represent everything I hate |
|
about the GOP.
*WARNING: CONTROVERSIAL*
I also think they should all hold hands and jump into the grand canyon, since all they do is spread hate and lies, and single-handedly slow the progress of humanity down about 2,000 %.

5. We SHOULD be talking about her - elevating her! |
|
and paint her as the defacto mouthpiece of the GOP! The far right tried to do this with Michael Moore. What was the most outrageous thing the could pin on him? Flashing the 'loser sign' at the RNC!

6. If used correctly, Coulter can peel away moderate Repubs from the GOP |
|
Democrats should wield Coulter like a club until election time. The message should be that the GOP has been hijacked by the most extreme of the extremist right wingers and they have ABANDONED the long standing principles of moderate Republicans. In short, all Democrats should use her bony ass as a wedge to peel away the saner of those calling themselves Republican.

7. I have always wondered why Republicans admire someone |

with a big mouth. You do not see this on the Democrat side. We admire the quiet man or woman who engages their brain before opening their mouth.

Hashed about a few topics and found that he views "Ann The Man" as as dark sarcasm and enjoys her as amusing, much the same way as we view John Stewart......To each his own!:puke:

13. I think it's because the GOP has morphed into a sort of hate group. |
|
Edited on Thu Jul-27-06 05:23 PM by Marr
Hate groups always foster a sort of paranoia in their members; the notion that their group is under attack from without. It's almost always ridiculously unwarranted, but that doesn't matter. The Nazis thought they were under attack by Jews and commies, the Klan says whites are being bred out of existence, and the religious right in this country says "Christianity is under attack".
The right wing wants angry people who are always on the attack, because they believe they're being attacked themselves.
